After a recent illness or injury, a stay with us for short-term rehab may be just what you need to get back on your feet.

Our team of therapists, nurses, and other medical services will work with you to help you recover as quickly as possible. Your goals for recovery will become our goals, too! And we'll work with your family and community agencies to make sure that you have a well-planned discharge home.

Also, occupational, physical, and speech therapies are all available for you as an out-patient. Or, if you choose to become a resident at Wayne County Nursing Home, our therapy and nursing staff will work together to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle!

A physician's referral is necessary for outpatient therapy. Inquires regarding the referral process, appointments and insurance coverage can be directed to the Rehab Department of the Business Office at 315-946-5673. Most major insurances are accepted.
